Do you know of ant lenders who offer bad credit home loans?

viper pilot - 2007-06-15 20:47:03 - Credit

My husband and I both have bad credit (both from previous marriages). We both work and have stable jobs. Do you know of any lenders who legitimately offer home loans to people with bad credit. The place appraises at about 160K and we can get it for about 120K. Thankms for your help

Don't lose hope if you're looking to buy a home. There are so many different ways to fund a home now, just about anyone with any kind of credit can get into a home, regardless of credit situation. Of course, some will cost you more money in the long run, but a home it's still one of the best investments that you can make, so, in many cases, it's worth it, especially for the first year of ownership. You should shop around, and ask different lenders what kind of programs they have, and if they can help. Try to find a lender that specializes in bad credit mortgages. Try Multi-Prets or Exceed. My dad had bad credit an got a 200K mortgage. The interest rate is much higher than at the bank, but take a five year mortgage and then switch once your credit ratings improve.

It depends on how bad your credit is. If you are low 500's it is possible. The other consideration taken is how much money you earn per month before taxes. If you have been in the same line of work for 2 years. And if you have reserves. I am a mortgage broker hope I have helped. If you are in the state of Florida I could help you...and some other states. where are you?

If you've got a stable job with a good source of income, you might be able to apply for a loan through a website called Prosper. This site is a People-to-People (P2P) lending site where individual borrowers join in on the loans to help fund yours. The following is a link of a group that can help to walk you through the whole process: http://www.prosper.com/groups/group_home.aspx?group_short_name=LIFFEreferrer=FundingLIFFEutm_source=referrer-FundingLIFFEutm_medium=referral-linkutm_content=linkutm_campaign=referrals-unknown Best of luck

The process was faster than I thought! I was approved within days of my online application and funds were disbursed to me within 24 hours. I highly recommend Assured Financing Solutions - www.assured-financing.com - for your financing needs. I was able to secure a personal loan and I am now in the process of closing a mortgage with Assured Financing and the service has been great. They offer a wide range of services that are customized to fit your needs.

Have seen lots of people asking info on bad credits. Well, if you need to get your problem solved on<!--bad credit, you must know to how to confront it. Of course, Even if you have bad credit, you can get loans. Many factors can contribute to someone getting a "bad credit" rating, among these are non-payment of an account or late payments over an extended length of time. Take a look on http://badcredits.awardspace.com/homeloans.htm You may find want you want. You can easily be labelled as a bad credit risk by financial companies. This can make it more difficult to-->arrange loans or other finance, and usually means you will pay more interest on any loan you take out.

If you have a poor credit score, it is difficult to get a loan from most banks and financial institutions. Credit is usually available only at a very high interest rate.Only few companies provide loan with poor credit score.Check out link for details. http://l4y.info/
